School Meals

Our school meals are provided by our caterers, Caterlink.

To book school meals you will need a ParentPay account. Please email here to request a ParentPay activation code if you do not have one.

If your child has a medically diagnosed allergy, you MUST read the Special Diets information below. Please provide packed lunches from home until Caterlink have designed a Special Diet Menu and you have approved it.

Meals must always be ordered in advance so that children receive their preference.

Parents can order meals up to a term in advance, and can cancel up until the previous day.

Absence: although there is no cost to parents for school lunches (for children in Reception through to Year 6), the school pays for all meals ordered regardless of whether or not they have been taken. Therefore if your child is unexpectedly absent please let the office know as early as possible on the day and we will cancel the meal.

Pre-School children who stay all day can either bring packed lunches or book school meals. Pre-School children are not included in the free school meal schemes. Payment is via ParentPay in advance. Children attending Pre-School for mornings or afternoons only are not eligible to stay for lunch.

We ask that all children have a ParentPay account set up, even if you intend on providing a packed lunch from home. This is especially important for children with allergies, so that the kitchen team are aware, and can then provide a 'safe' meal for your child if that is ever necessary.

Please read the flyers below for information and the menu for this term.
